Lexus of Albuquerque, part of Group 1 Automotive, Inc., officially unveiled its new, state-of-the-art dealership facility following a 20-month, multi-million dollar renovation and ground-up construction. The new facility is located at 4821 Pan American Fwy. in Albuquerque.
The expansion significantly enhances the dealership's service capabilities, doubling the number of service bays from 16 to 32 and adding over 17,000 square feet for parts and service. This increased capacity allows for the hiring of more service technicians, with plans to expand to 30 from the current 21.
The new facility also features modern amenities designed to improve the customer experience, including new speed doors to an air-conditioned service drive-up, solar-powered lot lighting, and the addition of EV chargers. These investments are expected to shorten service times and elevate the Lexus guest experience.
