Typically priced at $5.99 per hour, the "Roam" feature will be free for users in the U.S. from December 22 to January 2. This offers users the opportunity to virtually visit other cities or countries and appear on local grids.
CEO George Arison stated that making Roam available at no charge aims to give the community freedom to connect wherever they are, or wish to be, during the holiday season. This partnership and offering are expected to drive increased engagement with the feature.
