Brazil Potash Receives Approval for Fauna Rescue and Vegetation Suppression at Autazes Project Site

Brazil Potash Corp. announced that its subsidiary, Potássio do Brasil Ltda., has received approval to begin Fauna Rescue and Vegetation Suppression activities in the mine area of the Autazes Potash Project. This milestone is crucial for the project's installation phase.

The approval allows for the subsequent excavation of two deep shafts, which are necessary to access the underground potash mine. These activities are planned and designed in accordance with the Environmental Licenses issued by the Amazonas State Environmental Protection Agency (IPAAM).

Adriano Espeschit, president of Potássio do Brasil, stated that a contractor for these services has already been selected, with a focus on creating local job opportunities. This step ensures the project's advancement while adhering to environmental preservation and cultural heritage requirements.
