Brazil Potash Corp. announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Potássio do Brasil Ltda., has signed a Preliminary Cooperation Agreement with the Mura Indigenous Council (CIM) of Autazes. This agreement marks a significant milestone for the development of the Autazes Potash Project.

The agreement establishes a preliminary framework for collaboration between the project and the Mura Indigenous communities, following their strong support for the project in September 2023. Adriano Espeschit, President of Potássio do Brasil, stated that this formalizes the company's commitment to promoting sustainable development in partnership with the Mura people.

Developed in accordance with the Mura People's requirements and extensive community engagement led by CIM, the agreement aims to create lasting positive impact for indigenous communities. This step is crucial for advancing Brazil's domestic potash production capabilities while respecting local cultures and rights.
