Graphjet Technology announced that its CEO/CFO, Mr. Chris Lai, attended the previously reported hearing with the Nasdaq Hearing Panel on July 17, 2025. Mr. Lai, along with the company’s attorney, presented Graphjet’s case to the Panel regarding its continued listing.
During the hearing, Mr. Lai made a commitment to the Hearing Panel that the company's Forms 10-Q for the three months ended December 31, 2024, March 31, 2025, and June 30, 2025, would be filed by mid-September 2025. This commitment addresses outstanding financial reporting deficiencies.
The Hearing Panel will now review the company’s presentation and is expected to return a decision within two weeks. There is no assurance that the Hearing Panel will approve the company for continued listing on Nasdaq.
