Guidewire Software announced a definitive agreement to acquire ProNavigator, a Canadian knowledge‑management platform that delivers AI‑powered, context‑aware best‑practice information to insurance professionals.
ProNavigator, founded in 2016, has raised approximately $13.5 million in funding and serves 34 insurance organizations, including 12 that already use Guidewire’s solutions. The company was a participant in Guidewire’s Insurtech Vanguards incubator program and joined Guidewire PartnerConnect as a technology partner on October 15, 2025, with an extension for ClaimCenter already available in the Marketplace.
The acquisition will embed ProNavigator’s knowledge‑retrieval capabilities into Guidewire’s core policy, billing, and claims systems, enabling underwriters, claims adjusters, brokers, and agents to access real‑time, role‑specific insights within their workflows.
Guidewire’s fiscal year ends on July 31, so the transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, covering November 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
