Hepsiburada announced on March 17, 2025, the conclusion of its "Trade and Technology Empowerment for the Earthquake Region" program, which ran from March 6, 2023, to March 11, 2025. Over its two-year term, the program generated a total trade volume exceeding TRY 9.6 billion. Active sellers in the region sold 13.5 million products through 9.1 million orders.
The program successfully increased the number of active merchants in the earthquake region to approximately 10,400, including over 6,500 new businesses. It also supported over 4,100 women entrepreneurs and women's cooperatives, who collectively generated approximately TRY 840 million in trade volume.
Additionally, around 5,000 SMEs and tradespeople received training at E-Commerce Specialization Centers. The program's completion highlights Hepsiburada's sustained commitment to social and economic recovery in the affected areas, while also integrating a significant number of new businesses and entrepreneurs into the e-commerce ecosystem.
