High Tide Inc. has added four new Canna Cabana stores, bringing the company’s Canadian retail footprint to 215 locations. The expansion includes a new outlet in Calgary, a second in Scarborough, a third in Kitchener, and a fourth in Nepean, all of which will begin selling recreational cannabis products and accessories in mid‑November 2025.

The Calgary store at 2525 Bridlecrest Way SW will open on November 13, 2025. The Scarborough location at 2000 Eglinton Avenue East will start operations on November 17, 2025. The Kitchener store at 875 Highland Road West will open on November 18, 2025, and the Nepean outlet at 1831 Robertson Road will begin sales on November 20, 2025.

This rollout is part of High Tide’s disciplined organic growth strategy, which aims to open 20‑30 new stores in 2025. With 24 new locations already opened this calendar year, the company is on track to finish toward the higher end of its target. The new stores will increase the company’s presence to 90 locations in Alberta and 92 in Ontario, strengthening its national market share.

High Tide’s recent financial performance underscores the sustainability of this expansion. In the third quarter of 2025, the company generated $149.7 million in revenue, up from $137.8 million in Q2, and posted a net income of $0.8 million after a $2.8 million loss in the prior quarter. Gross profit rose to $40.1 million, and free cash flow reached $7.7 million, providing the capital needed for continued growth.

The company’s high‑margin Canna Cabana discount‑club model remains a key driver of profitability. Membership in the Cabana Club reached 1.9 million members in Canada as of Q2 2025, a 33% year‑over‑year increase, and the model continues to attract repeat customers and generate steady revenue streams.

High Tide’s market share has grown steadily, holding 12% of the cannabis retail market across five provinces as of February and March 2025. The new stores are expected to capture additional share in Alberta and Ontario, where competition is intense but demand remains robust.

Founder and CEO Raj Grover emphasized the significance of the expansion: “Hitting 215 Cabanas—almost entirely through organic growth—validates our disciplined capital allocation strategy and our ability to identify and win in the right neighbourhoods.” He added that the company’s consistent execution is expanding its national reach and amplifying the strength of the Canna Cabana brand.

The expansion signals High Tide’s confidence in the Canadian market and its commitment to self‑funded growth. By adding new stores while maintaining a strong financial footing, the company positions itself to capture further market share and reinforce its leadership in the retail cannabis sector.
