High Tide Inc. has announced the opening of three new Canna Cabana stores, bringing its total footprint to 218 locations across Canada. The new stores are slated to open in Calgary, Alberta; London, Ontario; and Brampton, Ontario, and will begin retail operations in mid‑December pending regulatory approval.
The Calgary store will open at 7248 Ogden Road SE on December 23, 2025, the London store at 1299 Oxford Street East on December 15, 2025, and the Brampton store at 34 Avondale Blvd on December 20, 2025. These openings bring Alberta to 91 stores and Ontario to 94 stores, reinforcing High Tide’s presence in the two provinces that account for the largest share of the Canadian cannabis market.
The expansion aligns with High Tide’s 20‑30 new store target for 2025 and supports its goal of capturing 12% of the market share in its operating provinces. The company’s discount‑club model, which drives membership growth and same‑store sales, is a key engine behind the rapid expansion of its retail network.
High Tide’s Q3 2025 earnings, released earlier this month, beat expectations with revenue of $149.7 million versus a consensus of $106.5 million, and an adjusted EPS of $0.01 versus an expected loss of $0.01. The revenue beat was driven by strong demand in core segments and a favorable mix shift, while the EPS beat reflected disciplined cost management and operational leverage that kept margins intact despite a 4% revenue decline in some categories.
The company’s Cabana Club loyalty program continues to grow, with membership numbers rising as new stores open, further fueling same‑store sales. In addition to its Canadian expansion, High Tide has opened its first international Canna Cabana store in Berlin, Germany, as part of a broader European retail strategy following the acquisition of Remexian Pharma GmbH.
CEO Raj Grover said the company remains confident in the durability of its discount‑club model and its ability to execute with precision. He noted that the new stores will help the company achieve its upper‑end 2025 store‑opening target and reinforce its competitive advantage in a crowded market.
