On July 29, 2024, a Hong Kong court order was obtained, mandating the infringers to cease prohibited operations and relinquish domain names wrongfully incorporating 'lofficiel'. Subsequent court decisions resulted in the transfer of domain names
Additionally, on July 25, 2025, AMTD successfully blocked a bad faith application by Luxury Village LLC for a 'L'OFFICIEL FASHION BOOK' trademark in Australia. These legal rulings underscore the protection of AMTD's intellectual property rights and highlight the bad faith actions of the infringers, ensuring the integrity of AMTD Digital's brands globally.
