Hilton debuted its first LivSmart Studios by Hilton hotel in Tullahoma, Tennessee, on July 8, 2025, an 89-room property marking the launch of a new extended-stay brand. This brand is designed for long-stay travelers, typically those staying 10 nights or more, offering studio apartment-style accommodations.
Each suite features a full kitchen with a two-burner cooktop, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and high-quality cookware, along with ample storage and flexible furniture. Public spaces are designed to support longer-term stays, including a retail market, large guest laundry room, and a fitness center.
A second LivSmart Studios hotel is expected to open in Kokomo, Indiana, later in the summer, with over 90 hotels anticipated to open in the coming years and more than 225 deals in negotiation. This strategic launch addresses a clear gap in the market for accessible, high-quality accommodations tailored for longer stays, contributing to Hilton's portfolio diversification and unit growth.
