HubSpot, Inc. announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cacheflow, a leading B2B subscription billing management and configure, price, quote (CPQ) solution. This strategic acquisition is set to significantly strengthen HubSpot's Commerce Hub, which has already processed over $1 billion in Gross Merchandise Volume since its launch in 2023.

The integration of Cacheflow's capabilities will allow HubSpot to offer robust subscription billing management and CPQ tools directly within its platform. This is expected to streamline the quote-to-cash process for businesses, enabling them to automate revenue management and accelerate sales cycles.

Yamini Rangan, CEO of HubSpot, stated that the acquisition doubles down on the company's vision for commerce by addressing two important areas of the buying experience. Cacheflow's expertise in automating the SaaS sales flow process in a single, no-code platform is anticipated to have a substantial impact on Commerce Hub customers.
