HubSpot announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Dashworks, an AI-powered workplace search assistant. This acquisition is a strategic move to advance HubSpot's vision of providing every marketing, sales, and service professional with an AI assistant.
Dashworks' deep search and reasoning expertise will be integrated into Breeze Copilot, Agents, and other embedded features, connecting to unstructured data sources across HubSpot's ecosystem of over 1,800 app integrations. This will enable individual team members to ask natural language questions and receive quick, summarized answers based on comprehensive business context.
Nicholas Holland, SVP and Head of AI at HubSpot, emphasized that Dashworks' simplicity in pulling information from scattered documents, messages, and third-party apps will transform tasks that previously took hours into seconds. The Dashworks team will join HubSpot's AI product group to enhance search and context gathering capabilities across Breeze.
