On September 19, 2025, HUHUTECH International Group Inc. announced its unaudited financial results for the first half of fiscal year 2025, ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a total revenue of $9.8 million, an increase of 10.9% from $8.9 million in the same period last year. This growth was primarily driven by strategic expansion into the Japanese market, where its subsidiary completed 155 projects and contributed 60.9% of total revenue.

Despite revenue growth, HUHUTECH reported a net loss of $8.7 million for the first half of fiscal year 2025, a significant contrast to the net income of $0.8 million in the prior-year period. This substantial loss was largely attributed to an $8.8 million spike in share-based compensation, which contributed to a 511.5% increase in total operating expenses to $11.8 million.

Gross profit decreased by 0.4% to $3.1 million, and gross margin declined to 32.0% from 35.6% in the first half of fiscal year 2024. Net cash used in operating activities for the first half of fiscal year 2025 was $0.5 million, compared to net cash provided of $0.3 million in the same period last year, indicating a shift in cash flow from operations.
