Hyster announced an expanded lineup of high-capacity electric forklifts, the J230-400XD series, designed to offer configurability for a range of heavy-duty applications. These new models feature integrated lithium-ion battery power, providing a zero-emission alternative to traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) power.
The J230-400XD series is available with load capacities ranging from 23,000 to 40,000 pounds and can be configured with battery sizes up to 280kW. The 350-volt architecture is engineered to deliver ICE-like performance and energy efficiency, optimizing run times and minimizing energy loss.
All Hyster electric big trucks now incorporate the Combined Charging System (CCS) as a standard feature, enabling cost-effective and scalable charging across various applications. Each truck also includes an onboard Battery Management System (BMS) to monitor battery health and performance, enhancing operational reliability and safety.
