i-80 Gold Corp. announced initial assay results from its ongoing infill drill program at the Granite Creek Underground Project, revealing robust high-grade mineralization in the South Pacific Zone. Notably, hole iGS25-02A, the most northerly and deepest hole to date in the zone, intersected 33.6 g/t gold over 2.9 meters and 29.7 g/t gold over 3.6 meters.

This drilling program at Granite Creek aims to convert mineral resources from the inferred to the indicated category, forming the basis for an upcoming feasibility study planned for completion in the first quarter of 2026. The results suggest potential for the South Pacific Zone to expand further to the north and at depth, reinforcing the project's resource potential.

Additionally, the company provided an update on infill drilling activities at the Cove Underground Project, where approximately 45,000 meters of drilling over two years successfully supported the geological model and confirmed the high-grade nature of the deposit. The forthcoming mineral resource estimate for Cove, to be included in the 2026 Cove Feasibility Study, is expected to reflect a conversion of currently estimated inferred and indicated resources into higher confidence categories, further validating the project's value.
