i-80 Gold Corp. announced that the pricing for its previously disclosed prospectus offering of common shares has been set at C$0.80 per share. This offering aims to raise aggregate gross proceeds of US$10,000,000.
The net proceeds from this offering are intended to be allocated towards the development of the company's projects in Nevada. These funds will also support general working capital and corporate purposes, aligning with the second phase of i-80 Gold's recapitalization plan.
The offering is being made pursuant to a prospectus supplement to the company's short form base shelf prospectus and is expected to close on or about January 31, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals from the Toronto Stock Exchange and the NYSE American.
