Delinea announced an expansion of its OEM agreement with IBM that will make the full Delinea Platform available to IBM customers through IBM Verify by the fourth quarter of 2025.
The partnership builds on a relationship that began in 2018 and embeds Delinea’s cloud‑native privileged identity management capabilities within IBM’s Verify portfolio, enhancing IBM’s end‑to‑end PIAM services for hybrid cloud and AI workloads.
Delinea’s ARR surpassed $400 million in the first half of its 2025 fiscal year, while IBM reported a 5 percent year‑over‑year revenue increase in Q4 2024, driven largely by software revenue from Red Hat.
The expanded agreement is expected to generate incremental revenue for both companies through joint sales and support initiatives, although the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
The move strengthens IBM’s security portfolio and expands Delinea’s reach to IBM’s regulated‑industry customers, positioning both firms to capture growing demand for robust privileged access solutions.
