Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. announced on June 16, 2025, that it will dual-list on NYSE Texas, effective June 17, 2025. ICE will maintain its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
Jeffrey C. Sprecher, ICE Chair & Chief Executive Officer, stated that this move supports the momentum in Texas and joins the community of companies listed on NYSE Texas. NYSE Texas launched earlier this year as the first securities exchange to operate in the state.
This dual-listing by ICE itself serves as a significant endorsement for the new exchange, which has already attracted 10 companies from various sectors in its first three months. It is expected to further promote NYSE Texas as a listing and trading venue.
