ICF announced the appointment of Dr. Eric Hakimov as its new Vice President of Corporate Development on November 4, 2024. In this role, Dr. Hakimov is responsible for driving the company's merger and acquisition (M&A) growth strategy and managing integration efforts.
Dr. Hakimov brings over 20 years of experience across strategic corporate transitions, investment banking, and private equity. His expertise includes acquisitions, divestitures, strategic partnerships, and debt and equity financing, having completed over 35 transactions globally.
This executive appointment is expected to strengthen ICF's M&A capabilities and support its strategic investments across key growth markets. These markets include federal health, energy, disaster management, climate and infrastructure services, and federal digital modernization.
