Intellicheck, Inc. announced a significant expansion of its partnership with a leading regional U.S. commercial bank, a top financial customer with over $500 billion in assets and more than 1,900 branches. The new three-year agreement is valued in the very high seven-figure range.
This expanded agreement extends the bank's utilization of Intellicheck's identity validation technology beyond initial digital use-cases to include teller workstation transactions across its extensive branch network. The initial Annual Contract Value (ACV) is a low-seven figure revenue amount, paid in equal monthly installments for the first year.
The additional contracted revenue is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2025, and this client is anticipated to become one of Intellicheck's top three revenue generators. CEO Bryan Lewis stated that the growth of this partnership reflects the important role Intellicheck's technology plays in accelerating customer acquisition and protection, while enhancing bank-customer trust.
