IM Cannabis Corp. announced on January 17, 2025, that it has changed its auditor from Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, a member of Ernst & Young Global, to Fahn Kanne & Co. Grant Thornton Israel. The change became effective on January 16, 2025.
The Predecessor Auditor resigned at the company's request, and the board of directors, upon the audit committee's recommendation, appointed the Successor Auditor. This appointment will remain in effect until the close of the next annual meeting of the company's shareholders.
The company confirmed that there were no reservations or modified opinions in any auditor's reports issued by the Predecessor Auditor for the most recently completed financial year or any subsequent period. There were also no reportable events as defined in National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations.
