IM Cannabis Corp. announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a revenue of $12.696 million. This represents a 14% decline compared to $14.750 million in Q2 2024, primarily attributed to the ongoing conflict in Israel and supply chain delays, which impacted revenue by approximately $5 million.

Despite the revenue challenges, the company achieved a 306% increase in gross profit, reaching $3.4 million in Q2 2025 compared to $0.8 million in Q2 2024. Non-IFRS Adjusted EBITDA improved by 105%, turning into a profit of $0.1 million from a $2.3 million loss in the prior year period.

The net loss for the quarter was $0.194 million, a significant improvement from a $3.456 million net loss in Q2 2024. These results reflect the company's disciplined cost management and operational efficiency, positioning it for sustainable growth as market conditions normalize.
