ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. reported its unaudited consolidated revenue for January 2025, which amounted to NT$1,745.3 million, or US$53.1 million. This figure represents a 2.2% increase compared to January 2024, indicating a positive year-over-year trend.

On a month-over-month basis, January 2025 revenue decreased by 2.0% from December 2024. The company highlighted that the year-over-year improvement in revenue is a direct result of normalizing inventory levels at its customers.
