Ingram Micro Holding Corporation announced the promotion of Matthew Sanderson to Executive Vice President and President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), effective June 1, 2025. Sanderson will lead efforts to accelerate growth, advance digital innovation, and deliver customer and partner experiences across the region.
Sanderson succeeds company veteran Mark Snider, who will retire at the end of the year after a 25-year career with Ingram Micro. Snider's departure marks a leadership transition in a key global region for the company.
Sanderson brings three decades of experience at Ingram Micro, having held roles of increasing responsibility across the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand. His leadership will focus on building SMB success, growing the cloud business, expanding professional services, and accelerating Xvantage platform adoption in EMEA.
