Inseego Corp. announced a partnership with Kajeet, a managed wireless connectivity provider, to supply its FX3110 5G Fixed Wireless Access router and Inseego Connect cloud‑management platform to power Kajeet’s SmartFailover service. The collaboration will deliver a resilient, always‑on backup connection for businesses whose primary internet link is disrupted, enabling instant, secure failover without manual intervention.

The partnership comes as Inseego reports a Q3 2025 revenue of $45.9 million and an adjusted EBITDA of $5.8 million, with a gross margin of 41.6 percent—an improvement over the 37.9 percent blended margin in Q3 2024. CEO Juho Sarvikas said the company is “focused on scaling cloud‑managed wireless broadband solutions to drive sustainable growth and profitability as we look to successfully close‑out 2025,” underscoring the strategic importance of expanding its FWA portfolio and the FX4100/FX4200 product launches.

Kajeet’s SmartFailover service is designed to provide instant, secure connectivity when a primary link fails. By integrating Inseego’s FX3110 router and cloud‑managed platform, Kajeet can offer a turnkey, high‑performance backup solution that is easy to deploy and manage across enterprise, SMB, and industrial environments. The partnership also gives Kajeet a proven hardware and software stack that can be quickly rolled out to its existing customer base, reducing time‑to‑market for backup services.

The 5G FWA market is expanding rapidly, with mobile network operators adding more FWA connections in 2024 than any other technology. Demand for backup and resilience solutions is growing as businesses seek to mitigate the impact of primary link outages. Inseego’s partnership with Kajeet positions the company to capture a larger share of this tailwind, leveraging its scalable hardware and SaaS platform to serve a broader customer base.

The collaboration strengthens Inseego’s enterprise presence and aligns with its strategic shift away from legacy telematics. By partnering with a managed connectivity provider, Inseego can accelerate adoption of its FWA solutions, potentially securing additional contracts with other managed connectivity providers and large enterprises seeking reliable backup connectivity. The deal also signals confidence in the company’s core 5G offerings and its ability to deliver end‑to‑end solutions in a growing market.
