Intuit announced a new AI‑powered platform that unifies its Credit Karma credit‑monitoring service with TurboTax’s tax‑preparation workflow, offering consumers year‑round control of their personal finances.

The platform, launched on November 6, 2025, lets users view credit scores, receive loan offers, and file taxes within a single interface. Data flows seamlessly between Credit Karma and TurboTax, enabling the system to deliver personalized financial insights that span credit health, tax planning, and overall financial well‑being.

Central to the offering is Intuit’s use of agentic AI—systems that can act autonomously to achieve goals. In this context, the AI can proactively recommend credit‑building actions, suggest tax‑saving strategies, and even initiate loan applications on the user’s behalf, reducing manual effort and improving decision speed.

The integration is a strategic move to deepen customer engagement and create cross‑sell opportunities. By keeping users within one ecosystem, Intuit can surface additional products such as QuickBooks and other financial tools, while targeting the 75 % of U.S. households that earn under $100 k and the 57 % of Credit Karma members who manage revolving debt.

Mark Notarainni, Intuit’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Group, said the platform “automates the tedium out of finances, empowering consumers to spend less time wondering, worrying or doing, and more time confidently living their best lives.” CEO Sasan Goodarzi added that the launch “leverages the power of data, AI, and human intelligence to give all businesses on the Intuit platform a distinct advantage to thrive in this new era.”
