SSI Aeration is recognized as a global leader in designing and manufacturing wastewater treatment plant equipment, contributing approximately $30 million in annual revenue. Its product portfolio includes innovative and energy-efficient engineered membrane diffusers, such as fine bubble and coarse bubble diffusers, and comprehensive aeration systems.
The integration of SSI will allow Ingersoll Rand to combine its low-pressure compressors with SSI’s aeration offerings, creating an end-to-end solution for customers. SSI, with manufacturing facilities in the United States, South Korea, and India, will join Ingersoll Rand's Industrial Technologies and Services (IT&S) segment, enhancing its presence in this sustainable end market.
