Ispire Technology Inc.'s joint venture, IKE Tech LLC, announced breakthrough results from a multi-center Human Factors Validation Study evaluating its Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) System. The study confirmed 100% effectiveness in preventing underage access to electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) devices.
The IKE System is the first interoperable biometric blockchain-based platform designed to control access to ENDS, utilizing BLE-enabled chips and biometric authentication for real-time device access control. The study, involving over 100 participants aged 18–67, simulated real-world use and found no underage individuals were able to access the ENDS device.
These findings validate a next-generation approach to digital safeguards for ENDS manufacturers, setting a new standard for safety, compliance, and adult consumer control. The study's success reinforces IKE Tech's position at the forefront of vapor innovation and youth prevention, aligning with evolving FDA standards.
