Integra Resources Corp. announced on September 4, 2025, that the updated Mine Plan of Operations (MPO) for its DeLamar Project has been determined by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to have met all content requirements. This acceptance is a major milestone, officially initiating the pathway for federal permitting.

The BLM will now publish a Notice of Intent (NOI) in the Federal Register, formally announcing its intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The EIS process, which includes public scoping and environmental analysis, is anticipated to span two years.

This achievement, coupled with the recently announced Relationship Agreement with the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes, demonstrates Integra's commitment to advancing DeLamar towards a production decision. The company expects to announce the results of an updated Feasibility Study for DeLamar in the fourth quarter of 2025.
