Integra Resources Corp. announced on August 15, 2025, a historic Relationship Agreement with the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Indian Reservation. This agreement establishes a transformative and long-term partnership for the development of the DeLamar gold and silver mining project on Shoshone-Paiute Traditional Homelands.

The agreement is unprecedented in the Lower 48 States, recognizing Tribal sovereignty and collaboratively advancing sustainable, long-term economic development for a project located on federally managed lands. It provides a framework for collaboration and co-management on economic opportunities, environmental protection, cultural recognition, and social performance.

This groundbreaking partnership is the result of five years of collaboration and will guide the relationship throughout the entire life of mine for the DeLamar Project in southwest Idaho. The agreement is expected to provide durable predictability and foster local and regional economic opportunities, while ensuring responsible mining practices.
