Ituran Location and Control Ltd. announced a new three‑year service agreement with Renault that will cover multiple Latin American markets, bringing the French automaker’s customers onto Ituran’s telematics platform. The partnership marks Ituran’s first OEM collaboration with Renault and expands the company’s service footprint in the region.
Ituran, which reports more than 2.5 million subscribers worldwide and employs roughly 2,800 people, operates offices in Israel, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, India, Canada and the United States. The company describes itself as the largest OEM telematics provider in Latin America, a claim reinforced by the new Renault deal.
Renault’s purchasing director, André Mói, said the agreement will allow the automaker to offer advanced vehicle‑tracking and fleet‑management solutions to its customers across the region. Ituran’s co‑CEO, Eyal Sheratzky, highlighted the partnership as a strategic win that will deepen the company’s presence in a key growth market.
The deal is expected to add new subscribers and revenue streams over the next three years, complementing Ituran’s strong Q3 2025 earnings, which saw revenue of $92.3 million and a GAAP EPS of $0.74—an $0.04 beat on analyst expectations. The announcement helped lift the company’s market perception, with early trading showing a 2% rise in the stock price.
The partnership underscores Ituran’s strategy of expanding its OEM customer base and leveraging its telematics expertise to capture new revenue opportunities in emerging markets. Analysts view the deal as a positive catalyst for the company’s long‑term growth trajectory.
