Jacobs Solutions Inc. was named a supplier on the United Kingdom Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) for Lot 8 – Infrastructure, giving the company access to UK public‑sector advisory services through 2027.

The MCF4 framework replaces the previous MCF3 and offers a maximum ceiling value of £1.7 billion over two years. It covers ten lots, with Lot 8 focused on infrastructure advisory, digital solutions, and strategy across transportation, cities & places, defense, and clean energy. Jacobs will work with PA Consulting, which holds positions on several other MCF4 lots, to deliver these services.

This appointment expands Jacobs’ footprint in the UK public sector and positions the firm to win additional projects, potentially generating incremental revenue over the next two years. The partnership with PA Consulting reinforces Jacobs’ focus on high‑margin infrastructure services and leverages the combined technical and digital capabilities of both firms.

Richard Sanderson, Jacobs Executive Vice President Europe, said the appointment “enables us to address the public sector’s most pressing infrastructure and transformation needs. Building on our role on the previous framework, we bring deep technical knowledge and experience across the full program lifecycle – from strategy through delivery – to help clients achieve better outcomes for communities and taxpayers.”

Jacobs’ shares rose 4.97 % in pre‑market trading on the day of the announcement, reflecting investor confidence in the company’s ability to leverage the new framework to secure future work.

The company reports approximately $12 billion in annual revenue and employs nearly 6,000 people in the UK. The Crown Commercial Service reported that it delivered £5.3 billion in commercial benefits for the public sector in 2024/25, underscoring the significance of the MCF4 framework for UK government procurement.
