Jamf Holding Corp. announced a strategic partnership with UberEther that will enable the Apple‑first management platform to accelerate its pursuit of FedRAMP High and DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) authorizations, the most stringent federal security certifications for cloud services. The alliance positions Jamf to compete for contracts that require these authorizations, a key entry point into the U.S. public‑sector and defense markets.

UberEther brings a “Hyper Secure Compliance Cloud” platform that automates the implementation of over 400 NIST SP 800‑53 controls and embeds zero‑trust principles into the infrastructure. By integrating UberEther’s managed compliance services, Jamf can reduce the typical 12‑ to 18‑month authorization timeline to an estimated 6‑ to 9‑month window, according to UberEther’s CEO Matt Topper. The platform also provides continuous monitoring and audit readiness, which are essential for maintaining FedRAMP High and DoD IL5 status.

The partnership is expected to unlock new revenue streams in the federal space. While exact financial projections are not disclosed, Jamf’s Q3 2025 results—$183.5 million in revenue, up 15% YoY, and a non‑GAAP EPS of $0.25 beating estimates by $0.08—demonstrate the company’s ability to scale and invest in high‑margin government contracts. The partnership aligns with Jamf’s recent $2.2 billion all‑cash acquisition by Francisco Partners, which has paused FY 2025 guidance but signals confidence in the company’s long‑term growth prospects.

Beth Tschida, Jamf’s Chief Technology Officer, said the collaboration “accelerates our mission to bring secure, Apple‑first management and security solutions to highly regulated environments. By leveraging UberEther’s expertise, we can meet the highest compliance standards required by the federal government while continuing to protect and empower users wherever they work.” Topper added that the partnership “represents exactly the type of strategic relationship we build to support our clients’ path to FedRAMP High and DoD IL5.”

The partnership underscores Jamf’s broader strategy to diversify beyond commercial and education customers. With a 16% YoY increase in annual recurring revenue to $728.6 million and a gross margin of 76.8%, Jamf is positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for Apple device management in government agencies. The partnership is expected to accelerate the company’s entry into the federal market, potentially opening contracts that were previously inaccessible without the required authorizations.
