JELD-WEN Holding, Inc. reported fourth-quarter 2024 net revenues of $895.7 million, a 12.3% decrease year-over-year, driven by a 12% decline in Core Revenue due to weak macroeconomic conditions. The company recorded a net loss from continuing operations of ($68.4) million for the quarter, compared to a net loss of ($22.6) million in the prior year.

For the full year 2024, net revenue decreased 12% to $3.8 billion, and Adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations declined 28% to $275 million from $380 million in 2023. Net cash provided by operating activities for the full year decreased to $106.2 million from $345.2 million in 2023, with Free Cash Flow used totaling ($67.5) million.

Looking ahead, JELD-WEN introduced its full-year 2025 revenue guidance in the range of $3.2 billion to $3.4 billion, reflecting an anticipated Core Revenue decline of 4% to 9% compared to 2024. The company expects 2025 Adjusted EBITDA to be between $215 million and $265 million, with operating cash flow projected at approximately $15 million.
