Jack Henry announced a new partnership with QCR Holdings, Inc., a $9 billion asset holding company that owns four community banks. The agreement will modernize the banks’ technology infrastructure and standardize operations across Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust, Community Bank & Trust, Quad City Bank & Trust, and Community State Bank.

Under the deal, the four banks will migrate to Jack Henry’s core processing platform, including Enterprise Workflow and Synergy. They will also gain access to Jack Henry’s open ecosystem of more than 950 API‑integrated fintechs, enabling each bank to add new services and improve customer and employee experiences while preserving local autonomy.

QCR Holdings had already been a Jack Henry client through one of its banks, a relationship that the new partnership builds upon. The specific bank was not disclosed, but the prior engagement demonstrates a foundation of trust and familiarity with Jack Henry’s solutions.

The deal is a strategic win for Jack Henry, adding potential recurring revenue and expanding its presence in the Midwest. It aligns with the company’s focus on growing the Jack Henry Platform and strengthening its position in the community‑bank segment. For QCR Holdings, the partnership supports its ambition to scale beyond $10 billion in assets by leveraging Jack Henry’s Data Hub for real‑time data access and a public‑cloud core that can grow with the organization.

Reba Winter, Chief Operating Officer of QCR Holdings, said the partnership will “elevate both client and employee experiences” and “improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining our banks’ independence.” She added that Jack Henry’s technology aligns with QCR’s growth plans and can scale into the future.

The announcement follows Jack Henry’s Q1 2026 earnings, which beat expectations with an EPS of $1.97 versus a forecast of $1.70 and revenue of $644.7 million versus $634.42 million. The strong earnings performance, combined with the new partnership, reinforces confidence in Jack Henry’s strategy to deliver cloud‑native, API‑first solutions to community banks.
