JLL Income Property Trust announced on November 5, 2024, the appointment of Lisa Kaufman as a Director to its Board. Kaufman fills an opening created by the resignation of long-time Director Jacques Gordon, who transitioned to an academic role.
Kaufman brings 30 years of wide-ranging real estate experience to the Board, including her current role as Head of LaSalle Global Solutions for LaSalle Investment Management, the advisor to JLL Income Property Trust. She is also a member of LaSalle's Global Management Committee.
Her expertise in indirect real estate businesses, including Securities, Multi-Manager, and Structured Investments, is expected to contribute to the fund's strategy. This appointment is critical for maintaining market leadership as an institutionally managed daily NAV REIT.
