Jayud Global Logistics Limited announced on December 18, 2024, the appointment of Mr. Alan Tan Khim Guan as Co-Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. In conjunction with this appointment, Mr. Xiaogang Geng's title was changed from Chief Executive Officer to Co-Chief Executive Officer.
As Co-CEO, Mr. Guan is tasked with leading the expansion of the Company's business operations across Southeast Asia. He will also be responsible for identifying potential strategic investors for the Company.
Mr. Guan brings over a decade of experience in international logistics, cross-border supply chain management, and multimodal transportation solutions. His prior roles include Director of International Operations at Shenzhen Huayun International Logistics and Director of Regional Solutions at Karl Heinz Dietrich Logistics in Malaysia.
