CEO Peter Kelly stated that Herring's track record in improving financial and operational performance, coupled with his ability to strengthen investor rapport, makes him a suitable fit for OPENLANE as it continues its growth trajectory. Herring will also join OPENLANE's executive team, reporting directly to CEO Peter Kelly.
