Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. Total revenues reached RMB2,349.2 million (US$327.9 million), representing a 24.2% year-over-year growth, accelerating from the 11% growth in Q1 2025.
The AI business was a dominant driver, with gross billings increasing over 120% year-over-year to RMB728.7 million (US$101.7 million), now accounting for 44.8% of public cloud services revenue. Revenue from the Xiaomi and Kingsoft Ecosystem grew by 69.5% year-over-year to RMB628.9 million, contributing 27% to total revenue.
Non-GAAP EBITDA profit surged to RMB406.0 million (US$56.7 million), a 570.1% increase year-over-year, with the non-GAAP EBITDA margin reaching 17.3%. This significant improvement reflects optimized revenue structure and strong cost control, despite adjusted gross margin being impacted by higher service costs and upfront AI investments.
