Kyndryl announced the launch of its ASEAN AI Innovation Lab in Singapore, designed to offer responsible enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) solutions with advanced security features across Southeast Asia. This follows recent investments in the UK and France, demonstrating a commitment to regional AI hubs.
The Lab will advise customers in adopting AI capabilities, merging technologies, and software and platform engineering solutions through Kyndryl Consult. It will also include a co-creation experience with Kyndryl Vital and employ approximately 50 local AI specialists.
Andrew Lim, Managing Director, Kyndryl ASEAN and Korea, stated that Kyndryl's experience in designing and delivering complex systems at scale provides an advantage in implementing end-to-end AI solutions. The company is partnering with Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) and Google Cloud to accelerate AI transformation for Singapore-based companies.
