Kyndryl announced it received two awards at the Cloud Computing Awards 2025 in Greece for its cloud modernization engagements with Sfakianakis, a leading automotive group. Kyndryl secured Gold in the Industry (Automotive) category and Silver in Best Infrastructure-as-a-Service.
Kyndryl's collaboration with Sfakianakis Group began in March 2025 with Kyndryl Consult conducting an assessment and designing a modern cloud infrastructure for ERP systems. This included defining a robust security framework and applying the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Apostolos Leonidhopoulos, Managing Director, Kyndryl Greece and Cyprus, stated that this recognition reflects the dedication and expertise of the team and Sfakianakis's trust and collaboration. The project successfully migrated Sfakianakis's ERP infrastructure to AWS, delivering improved operational efficiency, enhanced security, and scalable performance.
