Keurig Dr Pepper Reports Strong Q2 2025 Results, Reaffirms Full-Year Guidance

Keurig Dr Pepper reported second-quarter 2025 net sales of $4.16 billion, an increase of 6.1% year-over-year, or 7.2% on a constant currency basis. Adjusted diluted EPS increased 11.1% to $0.49, driven by adjusted operating income growth.

The U.S. Refreshment Beverages segment continued its strong performance, with net sales increasing 10.5% to $2.7 billion, driven by volume/mix growth of 9.5% and a 4.0 percentage point contribution from the GHOST acquisition. The U.S. Coffee segment saw net sales decrease 0.2% to $0.9 billion.

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 guidance for constant currency net sales growth in a mid-single-digit range and Adjusted diluted EPS growth in a high-single-digit range. This outlook anticipates a one-half of one percentage point headwind from foreign exchange translation for the full year.
