Kornit Digital Reports Q2 2025 Results, Completes Share Repurchase Program

Kornit Digital Ltd. reported its second quarter results for 2025, with revenues of $49.8 million, which was within the company's guidance range. The adjusted EBITDA margin was negative 2.3%, also within the guidance range of negative 4% to 4%.

The company reported a GAAP net loss of $7.5 million, or $0.17 per share, while adjusted earnings came in at 3 cents per share. Consumables revenue was softer than expected due to inventory adjustments among certain customers, but system sales and All-Inclusive Click (AIC) adoption maintained momentum.

Kornit completed its $100 million accelerated share repurchase program in Q2 2025, having repurchased 6.7 million shares for $164.8 million since 2023 at an average price of $24.54 per share. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from AIC contracts increased by $4 million to approximately $19 million in Q2 2025. For the third quarter of 2025, the company expects revenues between $49 million and $55 million, with an adjusted EBITDA margin between negative 3% and 3%.
