Kymera Therapeutics, Inc. announced on September 3, 2025, the appointment of Brian Adams, JD, as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Adams will lead Kymera’s legal, governance, and intellectual property functions.
Mr. Adams is a highly accomplished legal executive with nearly two decades of leadership experience in the life sciences sector, spanning corporate development, strategic planning, and governance. He succeeds Ellen Chiniara, who is retiring from her role.
Before joining Kymera, Mr. Adams served as Chief Legal Officer of Relay Therapeutics and held senior roles at Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Algeta ASA, AVEO Oncology, and Genzyme Corporation. His expertise is expected to be instrumental as Kymera advances its novel programs through clinical development and toward commercialization.
