Lithia & Driveway announced the sale of its North Branch Chevrolet dealership in North Branch, Minnesota. The dealership was acquired by Tyler Kadlec of Tom Kadlec Automotive, as part of Lithia's ongoing network optimization strategy.
This transaction allows Lithia to streamline its operations and reallocate resources to other strategic growth areas. Performance Brokerage Services exclusively advised Lithia & Driveway on the sell-side of this transaction.
The financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. The North Branch Chevrolet location will be renamed Tom Kadlec Chevrolet and will continue to operate at its existing site.
