Lancaster Colony Corporation announced its plan to acquire a sauce and dressing production facility in Atlanta, Georgia, from Winland Foods, Inc. The asset purchase transaction is valued at approximately $75 million and is expected to close in the first quarter of calendar year 2025. The facility spans approximately 300,000 square feet, with about 250,000 square feet designated for manufacturing operations.
