Lanvin Group Holdings Limited announced on Oct. 24, 2025 that Jiyang Han will become the company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective Nov. 1, 2025. Han brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and global business management, having served as Co‑CIO and Assistant President of Yuyuan (SHSE: 600655) since June 2025 and previously leading M&A and strategy for 3M in Greater China.

The appointment follows the planned departure of former CFO and Executive President David Chan, whose exit was announced to take effect on Oct. 27, 2025. Lanvin’s leadership noted that Han’s extensive background in financial strategy, global M&A, and capital markets will strengthen the group’s financial discipline and support its growth ambitions worldwide.

Chairman Zhen Huang said the company is “delighted to welcome Jiyang to Lanvin Group’s executive leadership team” and that his expertise will be “invaluable as we continue to strengthen our financial discipline and support the Group’s growth ambitions worldwide.” Han’s arrival is expected to enhance financial planning, treasury, and investor relations as Lanvin pursues its strategic transformation across its luxury brand portfolio.
