Snow Lake Resources Ltd. completed a 114‑hole drill program at its 50/50 joint‑venture Pine Ridge uranium project in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin, adding 21 new holes to the existing 93 and delivering 38,000 m (125,000 ft) of drilling. The program confirmed widespread, continuous uranium mineralization across multiple sandstone packages, reinforcing the company’s claim of extensive roll‑front resources.

The most notable intercepts came from a single hole, where 2.6 m of 0.101 % U₃O₈ (1,010 ppm) and 2.0 m of 0.124 % U₃O₈ (1,240 ppm) were recorded. Additional 1–3 m intervals ranged from 0.029 % to 0.045 % U₃O₈, demonstrating that the mineralization is not isolated but part of a broader, continuous system. These results support the viability of the in‑situ recovery (ISR) concept that Snow Lake intends to pursue, as the ISR model relies on continuous, high‑grade zones to achieve economic throughput.

Pine Ridge’s location in the Powder River Basin places it within the U.S. domestic uranium production corridor and within 15 km of Cameco’s Smith Ranch Mill, which has a licensed capacity of 5.5 Mlbs U₃O₈ p.a. The proximity to a major processing facility reduces infrastructure costs and aligns the project with federal initiatives to boost domestic uranium supply for clean energy.

While the drill results are encouraging, Snow Lake remains an exploration‑stage company with a history of losses and a limited cash runway. The company’s Q4 2025 earnings were –$0.69 EPS, and its trailing EPS is –$3.90. Investors are therefore watching the company’s ability to translate exploration success into financing and eventual production, as the next phase of drilling and resource definition will be critical for securing capital and moving toward feasibility studies.

Market participants have responded cautiously. The positive mineralization data was tempered by concerns over Snow Lake’s cash position and the pending acquisition of Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited (GUE), which is expected to add complexity to the company’s capital structure. Analysts note that while the drill results strengthen the technical case for Pine Ridge, the company’s financial fragility remains a key risk factor.

Frank Wheatley, Snow Lake’s CEO, said the results “demonstrate the breadth and continuity of uranium mineralization at Pine Ridge and reinforce our confidence in the ISR approach.” He added that the company will analyze the data to design a next‑phase program that will further delineate resources and support future feasibility studies.
