Luckin Coffee broke ground on its fourth roasting facility, the Xiamen Innovation Industrial Park, in June 2025. This new facility is a strategic investment aimed at significantly enhancing the company's supply chain infrastructure.

Once operational, the Xiamen Innovation Industrial Park will integrate with Luckin's existing plants in Ping'an, Wujin, Kunshan, and Qingdao. This expansion will elevate Luckin's total annual coffee roasting capacity to an impressive 155,000 tons.

This capacity increase sets a new record for the largest roasting capacity in China's coffee industry. It is expected to strengthen Luckin's supply chain efficiency, improve quality control capabilities, and support its competitive pricing strategy.
